Answers to Questions

What happens if I need to postpone my wedding?

Please be in touch with us as soon as you begin making the decision to postpone your wedding or event so we can avoid placing any orders prematurely and for the greatest chance of mutual availability.  If we’re able to find a mutually agreed upon date we’ll honor any payments made thus far for your new date.  So far, we’ve been really fortunate for this to work out.  If we’re not able to work on the new date the retainer paid is non-refundable.  However, you may still use that money paid as a credit to order flowers for yourself or others.  Similarly, we can essentially “keep it on hold” for when you book a future date down the road.

What happens if I decide to just cancel my wedding?

The retainer you paid to book the wedding date is non-refundable.  Payments made within the three weeks before your wedding are also non-refundable as we have used them to order flowers and hard goods. That said, you are welcome to use any funds you have paid thus far to order flowers for yourself, loved ones or as delivered donations to healthcare workers, shelters, etc.

Should I postpone my wedding?

The state of Oregon is not allowing gatherings of more than 10 people to occur before May 12th.  After that, it’s a personal decision.  We’ll be watching closely for state mandated updates as we move towards summer.  If you’re planning a summer 2020 wedding I do highly recommend talking to your venue and other vendors to find out policies regarding Covid 19 to avoid surprises.  Our schedule is filling up rapidly for summer 2021 so if you’re considering postponing please also check with us about availability before booking a new date.

I'm just starting to plan my wedding, what should I do?

Start planning!  Please reach out to us via email, our contact form or phone and we can start the fun of planning your wedding flowers!  We often start the process remotely (even during healthy times) so we can get a lot done and decided without having to meet in person.

We haven't officially booked for our upcoming wedding and now I want to hold off. What do you recommend?

It is totally understandable that you would be nervous about booking.  That said, fall/winter 2020 and spring/summer 2021 are expected to booking up much faster than normal with postponed weddings so I definitely encourage you to not wait too long.   If covid-19 persists and you need to postpone then we will find a mutually agreed upon date and can transfer any monies paid.

We've decided to have an intimate elopement style wedding, do you do those?

Yes! Please contact us to learn if we would be a good fit for your upcoming celebration!
